Prior to booking your initial consultation you are required to have a referral stating that you have a diagnosis of a concussion. This must be obtained via any medical practitioner (doctor) of your choosing. This requirement is so you are assessed for any serious medical issues (red flags) that require urgent medical attention after your concussion. You do not require a referral if your concussion occurred more than four weeks ago.

Please note, we are not a Medicare bulk billing clinic. We do currently provide services to TAC and WorkSafe compensable clients. Our services are privately billed, therefore we are able to process private health and sporting injury insurance claims.

For headache and migraine appointments, a referral is not always required. Some people book directly, while others are referred by their GP or another healthcare professional.
